Computational and experimental assessment of natural frequencies in a bladed disk system
Mekhalfia, Mohammed Lamine ; Procházka, Pavel ; Maturkanič, Dušan ; Voronova, Evgeniya ; Hodboď, Robert
This paper examines the modal characteristics of a bladed disk in rotating machinery systems using a combination of analytical and experimental modal analysis methods. The analysis involves measuring natural frequencies and mode shapes under different operational conditions. A comparative analysis is conducted to assess modal properties obtained from both analytical and experimental approaches, while also considering the influence of rotation speed. Additionally, Finite Element Method (FEM) outputs are used to accurately position the strain gauge. Integrating these techniques provides a comprehensive understanding of the bladed disk's behaviour under varying rotational speeds, enhancing result accuracy and facilitating thorough investigation within rotating machinery systems.
Contactless measurement of operational deflection shape
Tomek, Tomáš ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of 2D/3D laser scanners used in measuring operating deflection shapes. Describes the issue of measuring the operating deflection shapes and modal analysis. My work also contains a description of the measurement chain. From the contactless measurement of a vibrating surface using the application created in LabVIEW to its visualization in Pulse Reflex.
Measurement of sound fields using non-contact optical methods
Karásek, David ; Skalský, Michal (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
The purpose of this paper is to assemble measurement chain dedicated to contactless measuring of acoustic fields emitted by test sources and to validate its results. At first author discusses possible optic methods which can be used to measure acoustic fields, then he talks about theoretical foundations which are needed to measure data and to reconstruct final data. The last two chapters are dedicated to cover basics about created program and to analyse various aspects which influence measured and reconstructed data. Created measurement chain is fully functional, at the end of this thesis are proposed some ways of improving
2D laser scanner
Tomek, Tomáš ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of extension module that enables 2D scanning with single-point interferometer. Afterwards is here solved question of software, which output data can be visualized in ModalVIEW by ABSignal company. My work also contains an overview of LDV sensors and scan systems, which are used to laser beam steering.
